The organization is seeking predevelopment services to support the development and redevelopment of industrial properties including but not limited to: Preliminary engineering reports for industrial buildings and sites Environmental assessments Utility analysis Site master planning Cost estimating for development and redevelopment of sites Concept plans for buildings and sites Cost estimates for build out or redevelopment of building interiors Interested firms should submit their Statement of Qualifications including the following information: Company Overview Project lead and contact information Location of company office(s) responsible for performing the work Summary of disciplines related to the work referenced above Key staff within each discipline and their qualifications, years of experience, and relevant project history Five (5) relevant projects that reflect competency in industrial site and building development Proposals should be emailed to Terrell Ellis, President & CEO of Advantage Valley Inc, at terrell@ advantaagevalley.com Proposals must be received by 5:00 PM August 25th, 2023.
