The object of the above entitled action is for Michael Charles Southerly to legally change his name to Michael Charles Gardill. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Michael Charles Southerly to Michael Charles Gardill.
A hearing shall be on the 11th day of September, 2023 at 10:30am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
