REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Raleigh County Commission is seeking proposals for professional engineering services for the development of a Master Strategic Plan to evaluate areas in Raleigh County that are unserved and underserved by water and sewer utility public service districts (PSDs). The services should include, at a minimum, the following: Review of unserved areas and existing served areas in the County Evaluation of existing water and sewer utilities Development of funding alternatives to provide service to unserved and underserved areas Interaction with the various water and sewer PSDs, County government and municipal officials within Raleigh County to determine coordination of project implementation For additional information contact Jeff Raines at (304) 255-9146.
