BRANCH APPLICATION NOTICE
Notification is given that Unified Bank (the “Bank”), with its main office located at 201 South Fourth Street, Martins Ferry, Ohio 43935, filed an application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”) pursuant to 12 CFR Section 303.42 and with the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions pursuant to Section 1117.02 of the Ohio Revised Code, requesting permission to establish a full service branch facility at 836 National Road, 8 Leatherwood Lane and 10 Leatherwood Lane, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003.
