The object of the above entitled action is for Austin Jon-Michael Jones to legally change his/her name to Austin Jon-Michael Eikey. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Austin Jon-Michael Jones to Austin Jon-Michael Eikey.
A hearing shall be on the 24 day of August 2023 at 8:45AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse, Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
