PUBLIC NOTICE Huntington, West Virginia August 9, 2023 – To: All Interested Agencies, Groups, and Individuals This notice is to inform the public that Valley Health Systems, Inc. utilized American Rescue Plan grant funding from 2021-2023 encompassing: COVID-19 Vaccination & Capacity $300,000 COVID-19 Response & Treatment Capacity $300,000 Maintaining & Increasing Capacity $10,042,750 Recovery & Stabilization efforts. $500,000 Salaries and Qualified Operating Expenses $137,000,000 Total: $148,142,750 These projects were supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award totaling $11.1 million dollars with 93% financed with non-governmental sources.
