THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO OBTAIN THE REIMBURSEMENT OF FUNDS OWED TO THE PLAINTIFFS AS A RESULT OF THE DEFENDANTS FAILING TO FULFILL THEIR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS TO PLAINTIFFS.
