Pursuant to the Rule 4 (e)(1)(E) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, you are required to answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint-in the above titled matter- who seeks to quiet title in a street abutting Lots 7 and 8 [being Map/Parcel TW2/ 0003 0000 0000] on the east side of said lots as shown on the Plat of Eastland Addition to Elm Grove, Ohio County, West Virginia [memorialized in Plat Book 1, Page 91 as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Ohio County, West Virginia] contained wholly within the bounds of the Town of Triadelphia, West Virginia. Plaintiff is requesting title be quieted in her name with all other adverse interest being extinguished. In case of your failure to answer/respond, judgment will be rendered against you according to Plaintiff’s request. Since your identities and whereabouts are unknown and the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you, a copy of this LEGAL NOTICE shall be published in the Newspaper once per week for three successive weeks. A copy of Plaintiff’s Complaint may be obtained from the Ohio County Circuit Clerk at the address listed above.
