REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ON-SITE FORENSIC ACCOUNTING AUDIT The Housing Authority of the City of St. Albans, West Virginia is soliciting proposals for an on-site Forensic IPA Audit of its accounting and other records for the housing programs it administers. The audit period of the contract is to be January 1, 2022 thru December 31, 2022. The audit shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted governmental GAAP, OMB Circular A-133 and compliance supplement; the Single Audit Act of 1996 and amendments; and the implementing regulations. Bids will be received until Thursday, September 30, 2023 sent by mail to Harold Lanham, Interim Executive Director, 650 6th Street, St. Albans, WV 25177. The accountant must have prior experience in auditing HUD Housing Authority administered programs and must provide a list of these audits. The bid must name the person or persons to actually conduct the audits. The Housing Authority of the City of St. Albans, West Virginia reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
