PUBLIC NOTICE The West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT) is conducting a Vulnerable Road User Assessment which is a study to assess safety issues for bicyclists and pedestrians and create a plan to improve their safety in Kanawha County. To gather public comments and make informed decisions, the WVDOT is partnering with the B-C-K-P Regional Intergovernmental Council (RIC) to host a public open house.
