ESTATE OF LUEIS Z. COLLINS – Notice of Settlement The Estate of Lueis Z. Collins has negotiated a settlement of all claims arising from Mr. Collins alleged wrongful death subject to court approval. Any and all statutory distributees under West Virginia Code 55-7-6 have the right to assert claims to the net settlement. A hearing to approve the settlement will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. before the Judge Christopher Chiles at the Cabell County Courthouse located at 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia.
