ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES West Virginia Regional Technology Park (Tech Park) is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified persons or firms to provide architectural ngineering and construction management services which will include, design services, preparation of construction plans and specifications, bid documents, construction administration anagement and observation services for an outdoor lighting upgrade project located on the grounds of the Tech Park in South Charleston. This project will decarbonize the outdoor lighting systems at the Tech Park by replacing and enhancing existing, outdated, and energy inefficient outdoor incandescent fixtures on public roads and walkways with LED and solar fixtures. This project is financed in part by a grant from the US Department of Energy. WV Regional Technology Park reserves the right to select an individual person or firm or multiple persons or firms to complete these projects based on their rankings. The Selection Committee will select firm(s) and negotiate projects individually or as a whole, based on their ranking. All persons or firms can choose to apply for an individual project or request consideration on all projects. Procurement of said services would be in accordance with Chapter 5G-1-3 of the WV Code.
