NOTICE OF DEMOLITION Deborah Satterwhiter NOTICE is hereby given that the dwelling located at 922 Grant St., Charleston, WV 25302, has been found to be unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous and r detrimental to the public safety or welfare as defined by W. Va. Code 8-12-16 and the State Building Code. Pursuant to W. Va. Code 8-12-16, the Charleston Building Department, and r its agents, intend to enter the subject property on October 31, 2023, for the purpose of demolishing the dwelling.
