IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-115 CLARA YOUNG, biological mother of A.Y., whose date of birth is March 27, 2009, natural child of Clara Young.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that CLARA YOUNG has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant A.Y., whose date of birth is March 27, 2009. CLARA YOUNG is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 18th day of October, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. for a Preliminary and Adjudicatory Hearing , if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the removal of A.Y. may be held up and CLARA YOUNG, biological mother of A.Y., whose date of birth is March 27, 2009, may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parent.
