M. in Wayne County, West Virginia, and the object of this Order of Publication is the Effectuate Service of Process on Chelsie Carpenter. That by affidavit filed herein, the whereabouts and address of the above person is unknown at the present time. It is therefore ORDERED that Chelsie Carpenter appear at the hearing of the Complaint to be held at the Wayne County Courthouse, in the Circuit Courtroom, before the Honorable Judge Fry, on November 29, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. or otherwise serve a response upon Paul E. Biser, Petitioners’ attorney, at 511 Eighth Street, Huntington, WV 25701 and upon the Circuit Court of Wayne County, West Virginia, at P. 0. Box 38, Wayne, WV 25570, prior to that date. Failure to appear or respond will result in Petitioners seeking relief requested in the Petition filed herein and will terminate parental rights. If you fail to appear or respond, you may not appear and shall not receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
