ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS The City of Montgomery is accepting sealed bids for replacement of the roof of the Tabit Building in Montgomery. All bids should include removal of the old rubber roof, installation of icy board, 60 mil rubber roof, flashing of all pipes, HVAC units and boxes, any necessary trim work and complete clean up. Roof drains will need to be connected for proper drainage. Total estimated square footage is 5150 sq.ft. A site visit may be scheduled by calling 304-442-5181. Bids are due by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2023, and can be delivered or mailed to Montgomery City Hall 321 4th Avenue Montgomery, WV 25136.
