You will take notice that COUNTRY HILL RENTALS LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2022-C-000100, located in NEW MARTINSVILLE CORP District, LOT 54 PT LOT 55 THISTLE VIEW ADD B 13 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of SMITH DAVID ALAN, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WETZEL County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on June 8, 2023. COUNTRY HILL RENTALS LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after February 24, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
