You are hereby notified that an Indictment has been filed with the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia, on the 11th day of July 2023, and assigned Case Number 23-F-16 wherein. You are hereby notified that you are required to appear and you have the right to have counsel present at all stages of these proceedings.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Aquayla Fugate shall appear before this honorable court for an Arraignment Hearing. It is further ORDERED that Aquayla Fugate shall appear on the 5th day of September 2023, at 9:15 a.m., before the Honorable Richard Facemire at the Clay County Courthouse, 246 Main Street, Clay, West Virginia.
