PUBLIC HEARING The City of St. Albans Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on Tuesday, November 14th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the conference room of the Municipal Facilities Building at 1499 MacCorkle Avenue, St. Albans, WV. The property is further identified as LT 52 PT LT 51 BK D HOLLEY; BOULEVARD HOLLEY STREET and is located in an R-3 district. 23-04 The application of Connie Bradshaw requesting a variance form Section 1333.03 Table of the Zoning Code for the City of St. Albans in order to build a garage with garage door on a permanent foundation that is 16x26x16 by designating front and rear yard at 2127 Kanawha Terrace St. Albans, WV, Kanawha County, 25177. Current zoning code, accessory structures are only allowed in the rear yard. The applicant’s property is a corner lot, two front yards and two side yards, no back yard. Also requesting variance from Section 1333.11 Table of the Zone Code for the City of St. Albans in order to build a 10x10x4 around 3,000.00 gallons of water for fishpond. Current zoning code, All decorative landscaping features such as small fish ponds, fountains & ponds shall be limited in size to 50 gallons.
