PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMIT,
pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 400 Woodcliff Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for a permit for a natural gas horizontal well at the following location:
Elmer N-13HU, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 522506.13 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4393828.29

This well is located in the Proctor Creek of French Creek – Ohio River (HUC-10) Watershed, Wileyville Quadrangle, Proctor District, Wetzel County, West
Virginia which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty-day period.
