**Please be advised that you have ten (10) days from receipt of this notice to clear with proper law enforcement officers, reclaim your vehicle and pay all towing, preservation and storage charges that have resulted from the taking of the above vehicle into custody or possession.

Failure of the owner or lien holder of record to exercise their right to reclaim the above motor vehicle within ten (10) days, shall be deemed a waiver by the owners and all lien holders of record of all right, title and interest in the above motor vehicle and of their consent to the sale or disposal of the abandoned or junked motor vehicle at public auction or to a licensed salvage yard or demolisher.
