INVITATION FOR BIDS Electrical Upgrades – Orchard Manor Contract 23-07 CHARLESTON-KANAWHA HOUSING AUTHORITY, Charleston, West Virginia will receive sealed bids for its ORCHARD MANOR ELECTRICAL UPGRADES PROJECT until 2:00 PM EST on the 30th day of November, 2023, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of but is not limited to site and apartment electrical upgrade from 100 amp service to 200 amp service including replacing overhead service, power poles, transformers, meter centers, apartment electrical panels, etc. and all associated work for a complete project. Contractors shall have 5 years minimum experience in the work to be performed.
