Founder’s Activity Center HVAC Replacement Project

ADVERTISMENT
The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) Board of Governors on behalf of WVSOM located at 400 Lee Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901 invites qualified contractors to submit firm fixed price (FFP) sealed bids for the Founder’s Activity Center HVAC Replacement Project.
The scope of this project includes: 1) the replacement of three gas-fired furnaces with split system cooling coils, including all associated refrigerant piping and selected ductwork as necessary for installation of new equipment; 2) the replacement of four heating and cooling systems serving the gym and workout area, including all refrigerant piping and all supply and return ductwork; and 3) the replacement of the building control system.
A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND TOUR is scheduled for Wednesday, 11/15/23 at 10:00 am in the Student Center Second Floor Conference Room. Vendors must arrive promptly by 10:00am in order to participate in the pre-bid meeting and tour. Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate. All interested contractors are required to be represented at this meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Instructions and required documents will be provided at the pre-bid meeting. Bids received from any contractor who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be disqualified. All attendees are required to sign-in to verify their attendance. To attend the pre-bid meeting, please park in the WVSOM Founder’s Activity Center parking lot. Look for signs directing you to the Student Center entrance.
The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine reserves the right to cancel, accept or reject bids on each item separately or as a whole, to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to contract in the best interest of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
