Invitation to bid on
Energy Performance Contract
West Liberty University is seeking vendors to perform an Energy Performance Contract on its campus. Sealed bids for this contract will be received by West Liberty University, 208 University Dr. West Liberty, WV 26074, until January 24th, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened publicly at 10:15 AM on the same date. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on December 13th, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the West Liberty University Board of Governor’s Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Shaw Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to review the specification and site conditions. Contractors failing to attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to bid. Copies of the specifications will be provided at the pre-bid meeting.

Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
