PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on 25th day of January, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., a dispositional hearing will be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia, at which time the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources may seek to TERMINATE the parental rights of LEIGH ANN KUPROWICZ and COREY JOSEPH LYONS.
It is ORDERED that LEIGH ANN KUPROWICZ and COREY JOSEPH LYONS appear to object or make other defenses to the disposition requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of LEIGH ANN KUPROWICZ and COREY JOSEPH LYONS.
