ADVERTISEMENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The Regional Intergovernmental Council is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified persons or firms to help the council establish a SBA Certified Development Company. Procurement of said services would be in accordance with Chapter 5G-1-3 of the WV Code. Interested persons or firms must submit 2 copies of all requested information to Tyler Ferrell, Executive Director, Regional Intergovernmental Council, 315 D Street, South Charleston, WV 25303 by 12:00 noon January 22nd, 2024 in order to receive consideration. Members of the RIC will serve as the selection committee. This project is proposed to be financed in part by the Economic Development Administration. Proposals must include: 1) Experience of the firm with the 504 program 2) Experience in CDC creation 3) Qualifications of personnel directly involved in the project 4) Related prior experience The selected person or firm will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Executive Order 11246, Conflict of Interest Statement and Access to Records provisions.
