REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP #: 2024-08 Request for Proposals for WIDE AREA NETWORK SERVICES FOR RALEIGH COUNTY SCHOOLS will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 until 10:00 am EST on February 9, 2024. Proposals must comply with the Universal School and Library Program of the Universal Service Fund, or E-Rate requirements. Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposal form must be received on or before date and time stated. Contractors must comply with all RFP requirements and conditions set forth in the proposal. Proposal documents may be obtained from the Raleigh County Board of Education, Purchasing Department, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801 or can be downloaded and printed from the Purchasing Department – RFP section of the Raleigh County Board of Education website. All requests for hard copies of the proposal documents shall be made to the Purchasing Director no later than five days prior to the submittal date. Failure to comply will preclude the issuance of proposal documents requested. The Raleigh County Board of Education does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its procurement policies, practices, or procedures.
