AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (ROY RIGGLE) located in Ohio County, WV.
From I-70 exit 5, turn right on US RT. 40 east and travel to Pa. SR-3005 (West Liberty Rd) and turn left. Travel SR-3005 for 0.5 miles to intersection and stop sign of SR-3005 and SR-3003 (Dry Run Rd) and turn right. Travel SR-3003 0.8 miles to intersection of SR-3003 and T322 (Main Road) and turn left on. Travel Main Road 1.9 miles to access road on right.
Latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.146116, -80.523302
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) 39.90 tons/yr
Carbon Monoxide (CO) 70.66 tons/yr
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) 78.52 tons/yr
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) 0.07 tons/yr
Particulate Matter (PM) 1.00 tons/yr
Benzene 0.15 tons/yr
Ethylbenzene 0.04 tons/yr
Formaldehyde 1.40 tons/yr
n-Hexane 2.06 tons/yr
Toluene 0.15 tons/yr
Xylenes 0.16 tons/yr
Methane 12.96 tons/yr
CO2 Equivalent 32,814 tons/yr
Operations are planned to begin on or about March 03, 2024. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
