It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CONCETTA GUZMAN is a non-resident
of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby Ordered that a Foreign Order in the divorce/custody matter of Dominic Luzi II v. Concetta Marie Guzman, Docket No. FD-03-1575-17, has been filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Wetzel County, West Virginia. TAKE NOTICE that: (A) A registered order is enforceable at the date of registration in the same manner as an order issued by a tribunal of the state;(B) That a hearing to contest the validity or enforcement of the registered order must be requested, in writing, within twenty (20) days after notice; (C) That your failure to file a written notice to contest the validity or enforcement of the registered order in a timely manner will result in
confirmation of the order and enforcement of the order and the alleged arrearage and precludes contest of that order with respect to any matter that could have been
asserted.
It is hereby Ordered that CONCETTA GUZMAN serve upon Petitioner’s Attorney whose address is 314 S. Second Street, Clarksburg, West Virginia, an Answer,
including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition to Modify Parenting Plan and Child Support

filed in this action on or before January 29, 2024. If you fail to answer the Petition to Establish Parenting Plan and Child Support then a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
