PROCEDURAL ORDER
The Applicants Almost Heaven Taxi Service, LLC possesses MC Certificate No. 7613, authorizing it to transport passengers in taxicab service between points and places in Greenbrier County, on the one hand, and points and places in West Virginia on the other hand.
On November 1, 2023, Almost Heaven Taxi Service, LLC filed an application to transfer and assign this certificate to Ambassador Limousine, dba Almost Heaven Taxi Service.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Almost Heaven Taxi Service, LLC, give notice of the filing of said application by publishing a copy of this order once in a newspaper, duly qualified by the Secretary of State, published and of general circulation in Greenbrier County, making due return to this Commission of proper affidavit of publication within 10 days of such publication. The transfer and assignment may be granted, without formal hearing thereon, unless written protest stating the reasons therefore is filed with the Commission, at the above address, within 10 days after the date this notice is published.
