Company (EQT) has applied to the West
Virginia Department of Environmental
Protection, Division of Air Quality, for an G70-D General Permit Registration for a new
natural gas production facility (Haggard Pad) located on 4536 Postlethwait Ridge Road, in
Littleton, in Wetzel County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are:
39.65432636 N, 80.6201683 W.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx): 17.39 tpy
Carbon Monoxide (CO): 37.04 tpy
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC): 20.35 tpy
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2): 0.10 tpy
Particulate Matter (PM10): 13.09 tpy
Particulate Matter (PM2.5): 2.77 tpy
Carbon Dioxide Equivalents (CO e):
23,782.68 tpy
Total Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs): 1.39
tpy
