REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The Town of East Bank Sanitary Board is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified persons or firms to provide legal services in support of its planned sanitary sewer inflow and infiltration reduction project. Three specialties of legal service are required for the successful completion of this project including: local and title work, filings to the Public Service Commission, and Bond Counsel. The Sanitary board will accept statements from firms or individuals interested in providing services in these three specified specialties individually or in any combination. Interested persons or firms must submit 3 copies of all requested information to Charles A. Blair, II, Mayor and Sanitary Board Chairman, P. O. Box 307, East Bank, WV 25067, no later than 12:00 noon, Monday, February 26, 2024 in order to receive consideration. The Sanitary Board members will serve as the selection committee. This project will be funded, in part, by the WV Economic Enhancement Grant Fund, WV Department of Environmental Protection State Revolving Fund, and the WV Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council. Proposals must include: 1) Experience of the firm with federal or state funded projects. 2) Qualifications of personnel directly involved in the project. 3) Related prior experience. The Sanitary Board will afford full opportunity to minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this request and will not discriminate against any firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap or national origin.
