DOB: 71/831/4020 Adult Respondents: Jharel Kirkland ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to determine whether or not the above-listed child is abused or neglected. It appears that the respondent father, Jharel Kirkland’s whereabouts are unknown in Lincoln County. Notice is hereby given that an adjudication ccelerated dispositional hearing in the above-styled matter will take place in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County on the 7th day of March 2024, at 3:00 PM, before the Honorable Jay M. Hoke, Circuit Court Judge, at the Lincoln County Courthouse, located at 8000 Court Avenue in Hamlin, West Virginia. These proceedings are closed to the general public. Jharel Kirkland, father of M.W. (DOB: 71/831/4020) has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, counsel will be appointed by the Court on the filing of the proper affidavit. The mother of the minor child is Jennifer Donahue. The above-styled proceedings may, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of Jharel Kirkland, father of M.W. (DOB: 71/831/4020), with respect to the said child.
