INVITATION TO BID UNITED TECHNICAL CENTER CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA For the 2023 Renovations Sealed bids for the proposed United Technical Center 2023 Renovations at UTC, will be received by United Technical Center, Attention: Matthew Call, 251 Marietta Street, Clarksburg, West Virginia, 26301 by 1:30 pm L.P.T., on March 27, 2024, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by Omni Associates – Architects which will be available as of February 21, 2024. The project will be bid under a Single Prime Contract. The project consists of the following: Installation of security fence at perimeter of site Repair to stormwater drainage near fuel station Replacement of three fire hydrants Replacement of existing hollow metal windows and doors Replacement of exterior aluminum windows in shop area Interior renovations to nail salon in cosmetology room, with new HVAC, electrical and finishes. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals that have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud.
