To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this action concerns the legal guardianship of child respondents, B.G., K.P., and Z.P. The West Virginia Department of Human Services is seeking to locate Victoria Craigo, the biological mother of B.G., who was born on September 23, 2016; K.P., who was born on February 24, 2018; and Z.P., who was born on August 12, 2019. The West Virginia Department of Human Services is also seeking to locate Cody Pack, the biological father of K.P. and Z.P., and Tyler Foster or any man claiming to be the biological father of B.G.
Counsel for the Department of Human Services is William C. Burdick, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, 108 East Maple Avenue, Fayetteville, West Virginia, 25840.
It appearing that the whereabouts of Victoria Craigo, Cody Pack, and Tyler Foster or any man claiming to be the biological father of B.G., is presently unknown at this time, it is Ordered that Victoria Craigo, Cody Pack, and Tyler Foster or any man claiming to be the biological father of B.G., obtain from the Fayette County Circuit Clerk at the Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia, the Petition filed in this matter. Victoria Craigo, Cody Pack, and Tyler Foster or any man claiming to be the biological father of B.G., must appear and defend on or before Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., located in the Courtroom of the Honorable Paul M. Blake, Jr., Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia, at which time a hearing will be held.
