The object of the above entitled action is for KIERSTON ELIZABETH TYBURSKI to legally change his/her name to BRUNO ELAINE TYBURSKI Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of KIERSTON ELIZABETH TYBURSKI to BRUNO ELAINE TYBURSKI.
A hearing shall be on the 11TH day of APRIL, 2024 at 10:00am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
