REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Cabell-Huntington Health Department is requesting bids for the renovation of office space and a conference room of roughly 700-800 square feet. Detailed information is included in the request for proposal (RFP0424) on our website (cabellhealth.org) and an informational on-site review meeting to outline the scope of work and take questions will be on Friday, April 5th, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Cabell-Huntington Health Department, 703 Seventh Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701. Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Cabell-Huntington Health Department, 703 7th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701 until Friday, April 12th at 9:00 a.m. at which time the sealed proposals received will be opened and read aloud. All submitted bids must have the Cabell-Huntington Health Department RFP0424 document signed and submitted with the proposal.
