RFQ NITRO POLICE STATION HVAC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT The Nitro Police Station is seeking quotations for the installation of a new HVAC system, focusing on rooftop units. The aim is to ensure optimal climate control and air quality within the facility to enhance the working conditions for personnel and maintain operational efficiency. We invite qualified contractors with expertise in HVAC system installation to submit their proposals. Scope of Work to include: Site Assessment: Conduct a thorough evaluation of the existing HVAC infrastructure and site conditions to determine the requirements for the new system. Design Proposal: Develop a comprehensive design proposal for the installation of rooftop HVAC units tailored to the specific needs and layout of the Nitro Police Station. The Quotation must include the removal and disposal of existing units, as well. The quotation must include Best, Better, Good, Comfort Assured options for the warranty and lemon coverage. Equipment Procurement: Source high-quality HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, ductwork, controls, and any other necessary components required for the installation. Installation: Execute the installation of the new HVAC system in accordance with industry best practices, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes. Testing and Commissioning: Perform rigorous testing and commissioning procedures to ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of the installed HVAC system. Training: Provide training sessions for facility staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the new HVAC system.
