The object of the above-entitled civil action is to obtain possession of a 2018 Mobile Home located at 123 Sandpiper Lane, Alderson, West Virginia.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this civil action that there are or may be persons, other than those named in the Complaint, interested in the subject matter of this civil action, whose names are unknown to Plaintiff and who are made Defendants by the general description of Unknown Defendants, it is hereby ordered that Unknown Defendants serve upon Marc B. Lazenby, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Lazenby Law Office, P. O. Box 4968, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, an Answer, including any related Counterclaim or defense which Unknown Defendants may have to the Complaint filed in this civil action, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of this Order of Publication in a newspaper of general circulation in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. If Unknown Defendants fail to do so, judgment may be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
