Notice is hereby given that WV RECLAIM CO, LLC, 2122 LEATHERWOOD ROAD, BICKMORE, WV 25019, has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the surface mining of approximately 207 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600, for renewal of Article 3 Permit Number S201012 to operate a surface coal mine in the Clarion and Coalburg seam of coal.
The operation is discharging into Frank’s Branch and Lilly Fork of Buffalo Creek of Elk River and is located 4.8 miles, east of Bickmore, in Henry District of Clay County, Longitude 81° 1’ 25” and Latitude 38° 23’ 22” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
