NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
CITY OF NEW MARTINSVILLE WATER RATE ORDINANCE
A public hearing will be held on May 6, 2024 at 7:15 p.m., prevailing time, on the following ordinance which was introduced on April 15, 2024. Any person interested may appear before the City Council of the City of New Martinsville (the “City”) at the City Hall, 191 Main Street, New Martinsville, West Virginia , and present any comment or protest thereto. Following which hearing City Council shall take such action as it shall deem proper. The proposed ordinance is titled:
AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH THE RATES, FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS OF THE WATERWORKS SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF NEW MARTINSVILLE.
The proposed water rate ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of the Recorder in the City Hall, 191 Main Street, New Martinsville, West Virginia during regular office hours.
