Please take notice that a hearing on the Petition to Expunge a CriminaI Record in the above-styled case will be held on Monday, June 15, 2015, at 2:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, before the Honorable Jack Alsop, at the Clay County Courthouse, 207 Main Street, Clay, West Virginia, 26651, at which time and place you may appear if you be so advised.
Any person or entity having an objection to the expungement requested herein may appear at the hearing at the time and place set forth above or may file a written objection to the relief requested with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia and provide a copy of such objection to counsel for the Petitioner, Gregory W. Sproles, at 509 Church Street, Summersville, West Virginia, 26651.
