TO: ALL CREDITORS OF JOSHUA M. MARINO, DECEASED, INCLUDING THOSE HOLDING LIENS BY JUDGMENT OR OTHERWISE ON HIS REAL ESTATE OR ANY PART THEREOF
In pursuance of a decree of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia made in the cause therein pending, to subject the real estate of the said Joshua M. Marino, deceased, to the payment of his debts, including those which are liens on such real estate, or any part thereof, you are hereby required to present your claims to the undersigned for adjudication at the office of Laurie Dobkin McDermott, 1144 Market Street, Suite 101, Wheeling, WV 26003 on or before the 7th day of June, 2024; otherwise you may by law be excluded from all benefit of such real estate.
