AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Blue Racer Midstream, LLC has
applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a
Class II G35-D General Permit Registration for the
Reilly Compressor Station located near Dale
in Wetzel County, West Virginia.
The latitude and longitude coordinates are 39.49462
North x-80.68974 West.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following
regulated air pollutants will be:
16.22 tons of nitrogen oxides per year
16.22 tons of carbon monoxide per year
10.31 tons of volatile organic compounds per year
2.50 tons of particulate matter per year
0.08 tons of sulfur dioxide per year
0.07 tons of benzene
0.01 tons of ethylbenzene
0.89 tons of formaldehyde per year
0.10 tons of n-hexane per year
0.04 tons of toluene
0.01 tons of xylenes
1.53 tons of total hazardous air pollutants per year
15,592 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per year
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about
August 1,
2024.

Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality,

calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at
