CITY OF SOUTH CHARLESTON MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Municipal Planning Commission for the City of South Charleston will hold a public hearing in Council Chambers, City Hall, 401 D Street, South Charleston, WV 25303 on Wednesday May 15, 2024 at 7:00 pm for the consideration of a proposed change in the South Charleston Zoning Ordinance which would require a Conditional Use Permit for an Automobile Body Repair and Painting Establishment, which is not qualified as an accessory use. A copy of the proposed ordinance change may be viewed during normal business hours in the Office of Mayor at the above mentioned address.
