Request for Bid Proposals
The Town of Bluefield Virginia is in search of qualified contractors for roof renovations at its Town Hall Building located at 112 Huffard Dr. Bluefield, VA 24605.
** Contractors submitting bid proposals must be licensed and insured
** Contractors must have experience in roofing and carpentry (Proof of Expertise)
** Contractors must obtain all permits required for projects
** Contractors must be able to complete project within allotted time (TBD)
** Contractors will be required to remove and properly dispose of all debris
Scope of Work
** All dormers completely removed and openings repaired
** All shingles and felt completely removed exposing bare wood
** Bare roof inspected for damage and repaired
** Replace underlayment with ice and water shield
** Installation of drip edge and Shingles (Town of Bluefield will choose style and color of shingles)
