NOTICE TO THE MEMBERS OF THE FIRST BAPTIST TEMPLE of CHAPEL ROUTE of INTENT TO CONVEY REAL ESTATE

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the congregation proposes to convey the property, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, indicated as Lot 6 on a plat of sub-division of the Hollawell tract, situate on Steer Creek of Elk River, Otter District, Braxton County, West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in Steer Creek at the edge of a 30 foot right of way, approximately 60 feet from the intersection of West Virginia Secondary Route 7, and said right of way a corner to Lot 7, thence with a line of 7; S 55° 08′ 48″ W passing at 10 feet an iron rod set at edge of said 30 foot right of way then 263.98 more feet for a total distance of 273.98 feet to an iron rod set, thence N 0° 31′ 46″ W 200.00 feet to an iron pipe set, thence N 58° 21′ 38: E 132.00 feet to an iron rod, set by a power pole on the southerly edge of Steer Creek, thence crossing said creek; S 59° 40′ 23″ E 118.82 feet to an iron rod set, thence S 23° 00′ 42″ E 51.01 feet crossing a thirty foot right of way to the point of beginning, containing 0.82 acres, as shown upon that certain plat entitled Boundary Survey for Otter District, Braxton County, West Virginia, May, 1979, Scale 1″ = 50 feet, Job No. 273, as surveyed by Brackenrich & Skidmore, Inc., of Sutton, West Virginia, Registered Professional Engineer No. 3994, which plat is recorded with deed in Deed Book 385, at Page 179, in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Braxton County, West Virginia.

And being the same tract or parcel of land conveyed by Cecil Moss and Terry Moss, his wife, to Jerry Jarvis, Pete Sattler and James Gump, Trustees of the First Baptist Temple Church, of Chapel Route, Gassaway, West Virginia, which deed is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Braxton County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 403, at Page 49.

This Notice of Intent to Convey property is being provided in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 35, Article 1, Section 10 of the West Virginia Code, as amended. It is the intention of the Trustees of the First Baptist Temple of Chapel Route to convey the aforesaid described property, which conveyance shall occur, on or after, May 26, 2024.
