ORDER OF PUBLICATION

You are hereby notified that on June 24th, 2024, at 2:30 p.m., before the Honorable Darl W. Poling, Judge of the 10th Judicial Circuit of West Virginia, in session at the Raleigh County Courthouse, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, Melissa Lucas, Personal Representative of Luke Matthew Lucas, deceased, will move the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, to grant permission to settle the claim of any survivors, dependents and beneficiaries against the Estate of Luke Matthew Lucas at which time and place any potential wrongful death beneficiary may be present and heard. Luke Matthew Lucas’ death was a direct and proximate result of the injuries he sustained in a motorcycle wreck in Raleigh County, West Virginia, on September 3, 2021.
The object of Representative Melissa Lucas’ Petition in the above-styled action is to settle the claim of any potential wrongful death beneficiaries against the Estate of Luke Matthew Lucas (and his insurance carriers) arising from the death of Luke Matthew Lucas. Known survivors, dependants, beneficiaries, and persons equitably entitled to share in net proceeds from these claims are listed in the Petition filed with the Court. It appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the name, address and location of additional persons (if any) equitably entitled to make a claim is unknown, and that some named potential beneficiaries have unknown addresses, and through reasonable due diligence search, their addresses are still unknown.
It is ORDERED that any additional survivors, dependents, beneficiaries or persons who claim to be equitably entitled to share in distribution after the statutory expenditures shall appear and present any
claim such person may have in this matter at the above time and place, or otherwise any such claim may
be waived.
