The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 402 Edwards Lane, Bevaer, Raleigh County, West Virginia 25813 in that the above-named respondent is wrongfull occupying such property as tenant.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Mary Wilson and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Mary Wilson do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing on June 10th, 2024 at 6:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Mary Wilson at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
