INVITATION TO BID The WV Regional Technology Park Corp. is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee (sold as-is, the minimum bid is $500.00). All proposal envelopes must be clearly marked “BID PROPOSAL”, and submitted to the following address: WV Regional Technology Park, Corp Bid Proposal 1740 Union Carbide Drive South Charleston, WV 25303 All interested parties may visit by the main office located at 1740 Union Carbide Drive to view the vehicle prior to submitting their bids. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm. Closing date for submissions is Friday, June 7th at 12:00 noon. Bid openings will take place the week of June 10th and the winning bid will be contacted directly. Please provide appropriate contact information as part of the bid submission. WV Regional Technology Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the right to waive minor informalities and procedures in bidding, the right to award the bid to the most responsible and qualified bidder, or to award the bid to the bidder which is deemed most favorable, and the right to withhold final award of bid for 60 days after opening bids.
